They evolved into ‘flat’ tin figures and became more widely affordable.
In the nineteenth century, they were transformed again by William Britain’s Hollow-casting process which involved pouring molten lead alloy into a mould and draining the excess which created lightweight hollow figures.
All the figures we stock are hand painted and are mostly of alloy construction, some of which are constructed from white metal kits dating back to the 1970s.
Our figures cover most conflicts in history and are mainly in 1:32 scale (approximately 60 mm).
We sometimes have larger 90 mm figures in stock.
